Chocolate cupcakes

Hi my name is Andrew and today we are doing some cooking here are the ingredients for how to make

-125 grams of butter 

-1/2 cup of caster sugar

-1 teaspoon (tsp) of vanilla essence.

-2 eggs

-1 cup of flour

-2 tablespoon's (tbsp) of cocoa powder

-2 teaspoons  (TSP) of baking powder 

-1/4 cup of milk

ingredients for icing 

-1 cup of icing sugar

-1 table spoon (tbsp) of cocoa powder

-25 grams of butter.

instructions

1. Cream together butter,caster sugar and vanilla essence.

2.add eggs one at a time and mix well.

3.sift in flour,baking powder and cocoa powder

4.add milk and mix well.

5.divide the mixture evenly into lined cupcake tines.

6.bake for 12-15 minutes in an 190 degrees Celsius oven.

7.Ice cupcakes and enjoy:)
